Welcome to Lindamood's TaeKwonDo America.

We are conveniently located on Cloverdale Road near the Bonsack Walmart and 460 in Roanoke, VA.

We teach traditional Korean Taekwondo and Cardio Kickboxing. Taekwondo is the Korean version of the broader science of Karate. Emphasis is placed on kicks and punches.

Taekwondo provides an excellent workout and great family activity. Taekwondo training will boost your confidence, condition your mind and body, give you a positive outlet for stress relief, and you will have a lot of fun.

Classes are available for Lil' Dragons (3-5 years old), Juniors (5-13 years old), Adult (14 years +).

There are also traditional taekwondo classes avaliable for families to train together in the same class. This is an excellent activity where no one sits on the bench.

There is also a ladies only class which is very popular and a great way to exercise and meet new friends.

Cardio Kickboxing is America's fastest rising exercise to burn calories, lose weight, meet and find friends. We offer cardio classes to adults and children.

Our After School Program is a great way to end the Mom Taxi experience. We pick your child up from school and fill their early afternoon with skill development, homework time, and lots of fun. This frees up your evenings for family time. Karate is a fun alternative to running to day care. We are not a day care, our prime focus is providing quality instruction to your child.

Lindamood's TaeKwonDo America is operated by Mr. Bobby Lindamood, 4th Degree Black Belt, Senior Certified Instructor and Mrs. Michelle Lindamood, 2nd Degree Senior Black Belt, Senior Certified Instructor.
